Your Havenly Father Owns It All

“…Beloved, I wish above all things that you may prosper and be in good health, even as your soul prospers…”   3 John 1:2

Poverty, bad luck and hard times are not of God!  We serve a bountiful God of abundance.  We are not only His children but heirs to all things.  It’s His desire to give us the desires of our heart. (Ps. 37:4)  Today as you study this teaching, keep this thought in mind.  There is a plan for man’s success and prosperity woven into the scriptures from Genesis to Revelation.  However, it’s been hidden for generations by tradition and man-made religious thinking.

God has provided a plan where you can actually find your way out of distress and poverty by simply activating some Divine Principles in your life.  It’s very important for you to understand as a child of God YOUR HAVENLY FATHER OWNS IT ALL!

Listen Twice, Talk Once

Blessed is the man who listens to me, watching daily at my doorway.  For whoever finds me finds life and receives favor from The Lord” Prov. 8:34, 35 (NIV)

“Hearing tells you that the music is playing; LISTENING tells you what the song is saying.”   Too many people go through life trying to keep a beat with the music and never learn the words of the song.  Everyone is born with two ears and one tongue, which indicates that we are meant to listen twice as much as we are to talk.

Trust in the Lord

Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.  In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

Proverbs 3:5

When you trust in the Lord and you consciously know that He is always present in your life, you know that He will lead you in the path he wants you to follow.  Although a lot of the times his plan for you may not be clear to you, the Lord knows what lies ahead for you.  Be assured that he wants you to be prosperous and filled with all his blessings.  God is always with you.  He speaks to you and brings the things you need into your life.  Whether it is a word of comfort, an unexpected financial blessing, the unexpected healing of a sickness or the answer to any of your prayers, He is there for you and he works through others to bring all of these blessings into your life.

I would like to hear from you and how the Lord has spoken to you. Have you ever had a word of comfort from a stranger or someone close to you when you needed it the most?  Have you ever had someone help you in some manner that you were not expecting?

LITTLE Words with BIG Meanings

You’ve been taught from childhood to carefully read the fine print of any contract before you sign it because the fine print is the most crucial part. The Bible has no fine print but it does have some LITTLE words that have BIG, really BIG meanings. One such verse is 1st Peter 5:7 “Casting all your care upon Him because He cares for you!” The word ALL takes in everything, physically, spiritually, mentally, emotionally and financially! Yes, even financially! Cast ALL your cares on Jesus Christ and you will discover that He really does care for you!

Do you have special needs that we can help you with through prayer? Are you aware that Christ is concerned about all that concerns you?

Sweethearts, doctors, lawyers and especially politicians are all good at making promises… keeping them however is a different story! That’s why it’s so refreshing to know you can depend on the God of the Bible to keep His promises. He has never gone back on His Word, His promises are secure, just as the Bible declares speaking of Jesus Christ; He carries out and fulfills all of God’s promises, no matter how many of them there are. 2 Corinthians 1:20 TLB

Have you experienced the pain of broken promises? Do you know the joy of trusting God to keep His word?

Being led by God

For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God.

Romans 8:14

It is not enough to know the Word of God if we do not follow it.   It is not enough to go to church, if when we sit there, we are not thinking about God.  It is not enough to think we are following the Word of God when we are only charitable on the Holidays.  Being led by God means following his Word as closely as possible within our lives.  Being charitable is not just giving money to the poor,  it is also giving some of your time to your loved ones to hear them out on how their day went.  Being led by God is being present in the moment to listen to the messages given to you by God in everything that you do.  Whether it is by the people that surround you, be they  strangers or friends and family. God will lead you to where he knows you need to be.  He will lead you  to success and to prosperity if you let him.  I would like to know, how are you being led by God?  Please leave me a comment below.

God will supply all your needs

“But My god shall supply all your needs according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.”

Phillipians 4:19 AKJV

God, in his infinite knowledge knows everything about you.  He knows of you ailments and your financial struggle.  He knows the conflicts that sometimes appear in your life. He also knows that sometimes you feel that you can’t go on and that you  can’t handle anymore.  It is at this time that you should turn your eyes to  the Lord and leave all your troubles in his hands with the belief that he will fill your needs.  We sometimes complain that God is not listening to us or that he is not listening to our prayers, but this is not true. Keep in mind that what you think you need may not be what God knows you need. Remember that he knows everything that there is to know about you  and He guides you to the things you need in your life.   Keep your eyes open to the miracles of the Lord in your life.   A lot of the times He brings a situation to your life that you may think of as negative and it turns out to the best thing that happened to you.  Have you ever have something like that happen to you?  I would really love to hear your story, please share it with me and leave me a comment below.
